When will I receive my order?

Typically you should recieve your item within 7-10 business days. Some items are quicker than others. If you need your product at a certain date and time call our helpful line at (954) 859-5997 and we will be happy to assist you. There is an additional charge up to set this up.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you never received your order call us immediately at (954) 859-5997 or email customerservice@quality-galore.com

What do I do if I received a defective order?

If you have a defective order, read our returns policy.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

In order to make changes to a pre-existing order please call us at

(954) 859-5997.

How long does it take to process an order?

Processing times for orders are genuningely 1-2 business days. Please give extra time for holidays.

How long does it take for a package to ship?

3-5 business days sometimes sooner.

Why do i need to call the freight carrer to schedule a shipment?

We work with many different freight carriers to give you the best rate. Because of this many carriers have their own policies. Many may ask that you calling to schedule your delivery so you can sign off on your Bill of Landing (BOL) it is imperative you inspect your package before you sign off.

 

Help! I placed an order and the ETA is too long what can i do?

Call us at (954) 859-5997 or email customerservice@quality-galore.com and we will cancel your order before 430pm EST free of charge same day. If the order was placed after the same day after the cut off time a fee will be applied.

 

Where is my order?

Due to supply chain issues and unprecedented times, there may be a delay in fulfilling your order. Please provide us with your order details starting with the order number and we will do some research and email you with either the tracking number,  the new ETA, and/ or possible alternatives in stock. Alternatively, you can look up your order through "order Look up" in the header and footer of our main page.

 

What is the ETA/ product availability  of a product?

Due to supply chain issues and drastically changing prices, it is best to call us at 954.859.5997. We are open from 9am -5pm EST, you may call first or message us on chat for ETA and product availability. Our industry is working on a better solution versus the 90's mentality of calling to check on inventory. But for right now we are stuck with telling customers to call us and we will let them know what the ETA  or product availability is.
